Use of Likeness

Elevated Trade Secrets Podcast Guest Consent & Release

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Guest(s) hereby grants to ELEVATED HVAC MARKETING, its subsidiaries, affiliates, client, agents and others working for it or on its behalf, and their respective licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, “ELEVATED HVAC MARKETING”) the unlimited right and permission to distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce, make derivative works from, and otherwise use my name, picture, video, likeness, voice, verbal statement, and biographical information, and any material based thereon or derived there from, together with any actual or fictional material, (collectively, “my likeness”) in any manner or media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to, use in ELEVATED HVAC MARKETING’ marketing materials, on ELEVATED HVAC MARKETING’ client advertising campaigns, websites, and on any and all digital channels, anywhere in the world in perpetuity.

The Guest(s) shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, misappropriation or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, fictionalization or use in any composite form of my likeness. I release ELEVATED HVAC MARKETING from all liability for claims and demands arising from the use of my likeness.

The Guest(s) has the full and exclusive right and authority to grant the rights granted hereunder, and the Guest(s) agrees that this Consent and Release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on their part.
